We’ve enjoyed meeting several owners of Harvard Communities Architect series at today’s open house here in Stapleton’s Finger Parks neighborhood.

Everyone was asking about SOLD and Under Contract and For Sale (Active) info.

2977 N Beeler St, was the last Harvard Architect Series Tower SOLD by the Builder.  It closed on 4/28/2011 for $763,629, with no finished basement.

9669 E 28TH Ave., is a Harvard Communities Architect Series Courtyard and, importantly, a main floor master.  Main floor master floor plans are unique in semi-custom homes in the Stapleton neighborhood, as most parents want their young children on the same floor.  According to the Seller/Listing agent, the main floor Master worked against them during the sale.  As a consequence, this home closed on 7/19/2011 for only $645,000.  It has a partially finished basement.

8100 E 24TH Ave., is a Harvard Communities Architect Series Atrium on Songbird Park and is Under Contract, and its listing price of $829,000.  Well done throughout, it features a fully-finished basement.  The sale closes in August.

9746 E. 34TH Ave. is a Harvard Communities Architect Series Tower on the Winter Finger Park.  It’s a 3 bedroom, plus loft home with an open, flowing floor plan.  The asking price is $760,000 and the Sellers are inviting offers.
