<p>Everyone was asking about SOLD and Under Contract and For Sale (Active) info.</p>
<p>2977 N Beeler St, was the last Harvard Architect Series Tower SOLD by the Builder.  It closed on 4/28/2011 for $763,629, with no finished basement.</p>
<p>9669 E 28TH Ave., is a Harvard Communities Architect Series Courtyard and, importantly, a main floor master.  Main floor master floor plans are unique in semi-custom homes in the Stapleton neighborhood, as most parents want their young children on the same floor.  According to the Seller/Listing agent, the main floor Master worked against them during the sale.  As a consequence, this home closed on 7/19/2011 for only $645,000.  It has a partially finished basement.</p>
